During your sessions we'll focus on your muscles and pain points in order to help you feel better from the moment we’re done. Strength & Conditioning
Strength and conditioning is not just for high performing, super competitive athletes. At its simplest form, it’s the practical application of sports science to enhance movement quality. It’s grounded in evidence-based research and physiology of exercise and anatomy. We all move and therefore we can all benefit from a better quality of movement.
At Resync, we focus on movement quality to improve performance and on preventing injury by developing better movement patterns.
Our techniques and methods benefit athletes in any given sport, or people in most real-life scenarios, such as standing up with ease for elderly clients. -
Yoga
Private & Semi-Private yoga classes are a great way to prepare for group classes, hone skills, and receive personalized class instruction. Whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery, would like to delve deeper into a practice, or would like an introduction to a yoga practice, we are here to help!
Perfect for new students, we will teach you the basics of the postures and focus on fine tuning the breath and body connection while remaining in a safe, supportive environment.
More advanced yoga students will find the one on one approach beneficial to help them get into more advanced postures and deepen their practice.
